Itinerary

Diocletian’s Palace and Split

Upon your arrival in Split, we will meet and have a briefing about the days ahead. Also, you will get your bike that we will adjust to you. On this first day, we will have a nice warm-up for the coming days by riding the hill Marjan (178 m). The starting point is from your hotel, located in the city center. Experience everyday life, stroll down the city boardwalk, enjoy a cup of coffee on the sun, visit the fish market, and grab a bite. In the evening, explore the 1700-year old Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Coastal and inland rides on the island of Brač

In the morning, the ferry will take you to Brač, the biggest island in Dalmatia. As most locals are involved in agriculture and tourism, the air and landscape of the island remain fresh and clean. On this day, you can choose from various driving and distance options, from easy trails (25 km) to long and difficult ones (80 km). On this tour, you will visit Greek and Roman ruins, fishing villages, wine cellars, and art galleries. Return to Split will be in the late afternoon by ferry. Spend the evening exploring the cellars of Diocletian's Palace and dine inside the palace walls.

Lavender roads, UNESCO sites and Venetian Hvar

The next destination is the island of Hvar. A morning ferry ride will take you to Stari Grad in Hvar. While cycling, you will pass by private gardens, amazing shores, and olive groves. Besides historical sites, you will also discover charming towns and roads. For an afternoon bike ride, take the famous and probably most beautiful road along the lavender fields to reach Hvar town. You will spend the night at a hotel in Hvar town.

Speed boat to Korčula Island

Private transfer by boat will take you from Hvar to Korčula Island. You will start cycling about 46 km from the town of Korčula. This city within the medieval walls, stone rustic houses from the 16th century, and fascinating narrow streets in the shape of fishbone, will delight you. Enjoy the picturesque south side of the island, drive through small villages and hamlets like Lumbarda, and stop at a local tavern to sample domestic dishes. You will spend the night in a hotel in Korčula town.

Korčula's beaches and unique vineyards

As you stay for another day in Korčula, take the opportunity to explore the rest of the island. Korčula has many hidden coves, charming old towns, unique small villages, and dark pine forests that cover the island. Several route options are planned for today. Whichever route you choose, you will drive through vineyards, olive groves, and ride along the magnificent coastline of the island. Along the way, try some traditional food, such as homemade gnocchi and macaroni, pašticada, calamari, prawns, or local fish. On top of that, enjoy a glass of white wine produced on this island.

Final ride through Pelješac

For the ultimate ride, you'll cruise the Pelješac peninsula. The route includes several hills, a beautiful coastal drive, and vineyards along the way. There are many wineries you can visit. Enjoy the phenomenal scenes from Pelješac, on the right, you will have a view of Mljet and Korčula, and on the left the mainland. Your final cycling destination is Ston from where you will get transfer to Dubrovnik. Ston, the salt-producing village on Pelješac, built in the 14th century, has the longest fortified walls in Europe, 5.5 km long.
