The Hvar sea kayaking tour we have available from Split, the home of Diocletian's Palace. This kayaking tour around the archipelago Pakleni Islands is a great way to see the town of Hvar from a different perspective. Visit and enjoy some of the best beaches in Croatia, and dive into the Adriatic Sea and discover vibrant underwater life. The tour is available from the 15th of June till the 31st of August.

Itinerary

The tour starts from the city of Split. We will meet at the Ferry Port of Split, and board the ferry, which departs at 7 am. Upon our arrival in Hvar, our guide will prepare you sea kayaks. We will kayak around the Pakleni Islands, an archipelago of 20 islands and skerry situated in front of Hvar. The route length is 3 - 5 nm, with one stop on the beach. The beach stop will be in Ždrilca bay where you can take our equipment and snorkel, or you can swim and sunbathe. On this tour, you will be able to take photos and learn some interesting facts about Hvar and the Pakleni Islands from your tour guide. After kayaking (around 2 pm), you will have a few hours of free time just enough to explore and sightsee Hvar. At 7.40 pm, we will head back to Split by catamaran.

* A possible alternative is the catamaran departure at 8.30 am (return at 5.00 pm).

note

We use kayaks–single or double sit-in sea kayaks/ or sit on top double sea kayaks: We mainly use double sea kayaks for our day trips because they are more stable, very spacious and easier for novice paddlers to use.
